Really good social place, but the rooms are shit

Не первый раз бронирую этот хостел, все так же замечательно, персонал вежливый, помогает с вопросами, хостел находится в центре то что делает его идеальным вариантом для посещения достопримечательностей, спасибо большое!

Consistently overbook their hostel and very poor communication with guests. We were booked for 2 nights and the first night they had to put us in separate rooms and tried to make us pay the difference in the cost of the room, and the second night they had no bed for us, despite having confirmed our booking the previous week on WhatsApp and Hostelworld. They only informed us there was no space at 4pm day of. They came up with the solution of letting us share one single bed in their staff accommodation, which they said we could stay free free of charge, and then made us pay the following morning. I have never experienced such poor management and customer service from a hostel

They have the most friendly receptionists! Love that they’re so helpful and kind. I love the house! The bed was nice, socket provided works well, the bathroom and shower room is sooooo clean. Recommended to ladies who do solo travel. It’s safe, friendly and clean!

Отвратительный хостел, высокомерное отношение админа кучерявого к гостям нашего города из других стран и к обслуживающему персоналу самого хостела...он как будто поймал звезду и пытается одновременно с этой звездой и за яички ухватиться двумя руками, и руководить на иностранных языках поникшими гостями хостела))) многостаночник короче))) а так в целом неплохо)))

Хороший хостел, летом можно посидеть пообщаться с иностранцами на улице, выпить с ними, они очень вежливые и добрые, комнаты ухоженные

The people & staff were great, helpful and motivated. Rooming was descent. Only the owner seemed a bit unpleasant at times

They charge you for everything. 7% extra charge for paying by card. If you stay after 12.00 just to wait for your plane or else they charge 3500 just for waiting there. Out of three showers there is just one working for 20+ people. The staff is lazy and INSULTS you after asking "too much". There are much better options for a nice stay in Almaty for the same price or cheaper.

A great hostel! Plenty of rooms, big kitchen, lots of space, fast internet, and friendly staff. I will come again.
