My experience staying here was terrible, and I strongly do not recommend this hostel. The 8-bed female dorm had a constant foul smell like sewage. There were several long-term residents in the room, including one who worked for the hostel. The room was crowded and messy, with their luggage everywhere and no ventilation at all. The entire hostel only has two toilets, so you often have to wait in line. The toilets were dirty and had the same unpleasant sewage smell. The kitchen was also unhygienic. What’s worse, on my second morning the hostel had a power outage. I left early in the morning and came back after 8 p.m., but the power was still out. The whole place was extremely hot, and none of the facilities could be used. I immediately asked to change hostels and requested a refund. The staff called the owner, but they refused, saying check-out time was 12 p.m. and that power would be back by 10 p.m. However, at 10 p.m. other buildings and streetlights nearby already had power again — only this hostel was still in the dark. I asked again for a refund because staying in a hostel with no power, no fan, no Wi-Fi, no kitchen, and no way to charge devices was completely unacceptable. The owner finally showed up at 11 p.m. with an extremely rude attitude and gave me only two options: move to their other hostel for free (which was far away) or get a refund and find a new place by myself. I chose the refund, but by then it was already 11:30 p.m. I am a solo female traveler and there were no buses at that time. I asked the owner to drive me to another hostel, but he refused — totally irresponsible. I have never had such a terrible experience before. Luckily, I managed to walk safely to another hostel nearby that night. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before staying here.

I stayed more than 2 weeks here, absolutely love this hostel. Clean and comfortable, a really nice kitchen and open space where people can socialise or work. I met so many really cool travellers here. The owner, Mahmud is a really nice host and helpful guy. Sara is lovely, we have become friends, she keeps the place clean, is really friendly and funny, and tries to help guests with what they need. Amazing place, highly recommended!

Раньше это был уютный и душевный хостел, особенно благодаря управляющей Бегимай, которая следила за порядком и создавала комфортную атмосферу. Теперь её здесь нет, и, к сожалению, это сразу ощущается: сервис стал хуже, атмосфера пропала. Жаль, что руководство не ценит тех, кто действительно делал это место особенным. 💔

Очень хорошо встретили приятные молодые люди! Светлое, чистое заведение. Нам очень повезло с соседям.из разных стран. Центр города,все рядом ,очень много иностранцев

Отличный хостел. Самый центр города, всё в шаговой доступности. Радушный персонал. Хостел расположен в новом современном жилом доме на 1 этаже, так что всё новое, чистое, помещения и коридоры просторные и современные. Очень комфортно. Круглосуточный доступ. Кухня хорошо оборудована - титан всегда горячий, 2 холодильника, микроволновка, тостер, плита, много посуды. Бесплатно чай, кофе, сахар, сухое молоко - пей сколько хочешь. Выдают тапочки, полотенце. Кровати удобные, просторные. Со шторкой)). Санузлов достаточно. Для женщин есть отдельный. Комнаты тоже есть отдельные для женщин, на 4 человека. В душевых теплые полы! Восторг! Я попала под дождь, кроссовки промокли. Поставила их сушить на теплый пол в душевой - и на следующий день смогла в них поехать в горы.

Чисто, есть кухня, хорошее расположение. Но из минусов много людей

Свежий хостел. Двухъярусные кровати с шторками, индивидуальными светильниками и зарядками доя телефонов. Кухня совмещена с фойе. Есть холодильник. Бесплатный чай и растворимый кофе. Санузлы достаточно новые, уютные)) все новое! Персонал приветливый, вежливый!

Локация лучшая, внутри чисто.

Ой как мне нравится там. Очень чисто,уютно,спокойно. Персонал очень вежливый,приветливый. Молодцы! Ребята добрые,отзывчивые,старательные. На ресепшене всегда сидят и не ждешь,не ищешь их. Всё подробно,культурно объясняют.
