Интересный с дизайнерской точки зрения отель отель в старом городе. Недалеко от аэропорта DXB. Цены бюджетные. Хорошие завтраки. BurJuman шопинг молл в пешей доступности от отеля.

Bad hotel bad staff bad location the worst experience ever

Очень старый и грязный отель. Интерьер темный, тусклый. В санузлах все грязное. У нас в санузле в мусорке даже мусор остался от предыдущих жильцов. Очень скудный завтрак. Ужин тоже не изобилен.

The hotel is very good, but looks a bit worn out. While the rooms were comfortable, the dining experience wasn't so. They should have more variety in the buffet as well as room service. Overall worthy of the money!

Месторасположение очень плохое: от отеля далеко до всего, что есть в городе. Сам отель внутри вполне себе ничего, но локация неудачная.

Без комментариев, старый, убитым отель с ужасными завтраками и заброшенной зоной бассейна, за 25к получаешь ужасно грязный номер и абсолютно нелояльное отношение сотрудников

A Wonderful Stay for a Special Anniversary! We wanted to give our beloved grandmother an unforgettable experience in honor of her anniversary, and we chose The Canvas Dubai – MGallery Hotel Collection. From the very beginning, we were impressed by how attentive the staff was to our wishes. It was Grandma's first time in Dubai, and we were a little worried about everything going perfectly. But all our worries turned out to be unfounded! The room was excellently equipped and had a stunning view of the city. The comfort and coziness made the stay especially pleasant for Grandma and my aunt. The staff took care of every step we took, from meeting us in the lobby to servicing the rooms. We felt like real VIP guests! Special mention should go to the hotel restaurant. The food was exquisite, and the menu was diverse, so everyone found something to their taste. The chef even prepared a special cake for Grandma, which was a wonderful surprise and added magic to this day. But most importantly, it’s the atmosphere. The hotel combines elegance with warmth, creating a sense of homely comfort amidst luxurious interiors. Every corner of this place breathes history and art, making it the perfect choice for those who appreciate beauty and comfort. Grandma returned home full of impressions and memories that will stay with her forever. We thank the entire team at The Canvas Dubai for their professionalism and attention to detail. This was the perfect place to celebrate such an important event, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something truly special!
