Radisson Hotel & SPA Gyumri 5^*

Worst hotel experience ever. They gave me a room that had 27 degrees and the AC wouldn't work, impossible to sleep. They explained some bs about how all the rooms are like that and that i should open the balcony door to cool down, which I did. Woke up after 4 hours of sleep to 27.5 degrees, exhausted, dehydrated. Went to war with the reception and made them give me another room which magically had 22.5 degrees, quiet and dark. All the time the receptionist was arguing with me on higher tones and making me look wrong. Catastrophe, not acceptable for any hotel, not even mentioning Radisson. edit: thank you Radisson team for further gaslighting. "AC was operating due to cooler temperatures" - my room had 27.5 degrees, that's not AC. "many guests found the temperature comfortable, but your personal preference is the issue". again, the AC was obviously faulty in that first room you gave me. After several polite requests then several escalated demands and then full blow argument, I finally got a room with 22 degrees. That's not same temperature everywhere, different preferences. That's varying temperature due to broken AC and your stubborn inability to accept the obvious truth between working AC with 22-23 degrees, and a broken AC with 27.5 degrees. I'm surprised I have to break it down. As well as the fact that your suggested (and insisted upon) solution was for me to open my balcony door to construction noise, and not just offer another (obviously vacant) room of the same category with working AC. Pathetic service, pathetic comment trying to misrepresent the simple reality.
