Room service is good and fast, but empty bottles stayed in the room for three days — I had to call and ask for them to be taken away. The room cleaning is incomplete; for example, a test item I left on purpose has remained untouched since my arrival. Housekeeping often forgets to replace tea. The shower is not working properly — water doesn’t come from the top, and the tap doesn’t function well. The rooms are quite old and need renovation; the hotel should invest in updates every year.
