“Kamandalu Hotel’s service is an absolute disgrace! I booked dinner and airport transfers for my guests, paying $327 upfront. Just days before the service, the hotel contacted me, claiming the roads would be closed and they couldn’t fulfill the booking, asking me to cancel it myself. To avoid embarrassing my guests, I complied. They promised a refund within 15 days, but weeks later, I still haven’t received my money! Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve been met with evasive responses. This is outright irresponsible and feels like a scam! No one should trust this hotel—you’ll be left out of pocket and humiliated. Please take this seriously to prevent others from being cheated!”
