It is a total disaster.
We already spent some time in Mauritius and were going to book the Hilton hotel on the Flic Flac, to move further.
As we came to the security post, we told we would like to have a look at the hotel and rooms, if possible.
After the phone call security told us, that hotel is busy and they won’t let us in.
On the website there were many rooms available on this date.
I showed him the website, he seemed to be annoyed, did a phone call one more time, and one more time said, that there is no way for us to get in.
We were extremely disappointed, so we moved 300 meters left, and chose the next door hotel, where booked a nice suite with the help of helpful staff.
So your hotel lost at about 250000 rupees for 5 days. And still it’s not that much as my disappointment about the hotel chain, which member I’ve been for a long time.
