Everything was fine before I arrived. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the receptionist refused my booking and check-in late at night because I am a foreigner and there is no extension for the immigration form they give students at the airport upon arrival. The migration card give to the student only one time when they enter to Russia ,After my check-in was refused, I contacted the relevant authorities and was told that everything was fine, but the hotel refused to register me, claiming my immigration form had expired. I request that they employ staff who understand the laws concerning foreigners, especially since Moscow is a tourist city. Please read and understand the laws thoroughly. Afterward, I went to another hotel where I was checked in immediately without any problems or obstacles. I ask the hotel management to be mindful of and understand the laws, especially those pertaining to tourists.
