Breakfasts delicious, staff very friendly , room service nice, location in the luxury part of the city. Very near to Osaka station, not far several trade center, bus stop. Only one thing make me funny and smile and surprise - it was the hole in the duvet cover. Very clean room, i like bathroom and view if the Osaka town only, conditioner work well
