The worst hotel in the world. There are no legal documents in the hotel. There even don’t have official documents which providing the policy of checking in guests. They can only say in words: we have such a policy of checking in guests. What policy? They cannot show it on the documents. My friend and I were denied check-in because we did not have a physical passport with us. Personally, we were denied check-in because we only had photos of documents. And other guests were checked in without documents based on photos. When we asked to provide official documents, regulations on the rules for checking in guests, we were refused. They refused to provide documents on the refusal of check-in. Although the money was debited from the card. They were rude. We had to call the immigration police, to whom they brazenly lied that they did not check in anyone without documents. Although several guests were checked in in front of us.
