Сейчас отдыхаем в этом отеле, номер 2611 Прекрасное обслуживание, начиная с ресепшен все пожелания выполняют, в ресторане всегда подойдут, уточнят, что мы хотим, все ли нравится, напитки импортные, есть игристое, апероль, мохито , виски , текила, вино, пиво, разнообразные соки, кофе И так далее . Еда отличная 👍Лангустины, 🍤 креветки, осьминоги 🐙, кальмары, мидии, рыба красная, говядина 🥩 курица 🍗 овощи 🥒 фрукты 🍈 мороженое 🍧 торты 🍰Бургеры ) Да просто ВСЁ 😅Номера уютные и большие, рекомндую брать с видом на залив и высокий этаж (мини бар пополняется каждый день), работают рестораны а ля карт- без проблем забронируют на ресепшен. В барах бармены очень приветливы. Номера убирают чисто, косметика супер. Нам все нравится, рекомендую❤️

Дали не тот номер, что ожидали,
НАМ НОМЕР ТАК И НЕ ПОМЕНЯЛИ.
Возможно нам так повезло, но ресторан на реновацию, всех загоняют в конференц зал без окон и пластиковые стульчики. Такого безобразия я не видела. Везде очереди. Анимации для взрослых ноль, как для детей не знаю. Из активностей водное поло и волейбол все... Отелю я бы поставила троечку а не 5
Отель хороший. Для отдыха с детьми и выспаться. Вокруг ничего нет. Не магазинов негде прогуляться. И залив отгорожен насыпью свежей, где строят новые отели. Еда отличная. Обслуживание отличное.

Распишу по пунктам:
Питание - хорошее, было все: мясо, морепродукты, различные гарниры, мороженое. Есть зона без детей.
Минус только, что ресторан выглядит как столовая без окон. Большое помещение, посередине столы и по периметру шведка. Солнечного света не хватает🥺
Номера - уставшие. Плюс, что ключ от номера Ваш браслет, не нужно искать карточку. Мини бар пополняемый. Уборка каждый день.
Пляж большой, белый песок, море теплее ванны, лежаков тьма всегда найдете место.
Много семей с детьми, много пар.
Есть бассейн 16+.
Отель не большой, но очень компактный. Для семей с детками супер выбор.
Есть бассейн с горками.
По алкоголю: огромный выбор напиться можно с легкостью пару пар видела мужчин на ногах не стояли😂
Есть рестораны Аля карт были везде наш топ это мясной.
Звезду сняла за уставший номер.
Персонал отзывчивый.
Анимация по вечерам живая музыка или диджей.
Это не пятерка, а крепкая четверка где есть все. В целом рекомендую, не обломаетесь если бюджет ограничен. Если хотите что-то на уровне лакшери, то это не тот вариант. Мы не обломались, ни разу.

Отдыхали с мужем в конце сентября , почитав отзывы решили поехать. Не понимаю о каком разнообразном питании идет речь ? Я первый раз вижу такое , что на завтрак обед и ужин просто одно и тоже
Рис, рис сливочный , плов,бурда какая-то и фасоль. Фрукты это дубовая дыня как репа и арбуз , который абсолютно не сладкий (((
Один раз за неделю давали маракуйю , на этом все 🥲
Красной рыбы вы там не увидите , НО можно тихо сказать официантам , что ты хочешь красную рыбу и тебе ее вынесут , это с нами поделились отдыхающие , возник вопрос почему блин нельзя вынести эту рыбу ВСЕМ ОТДЫХАЮЩИМ? первый раз вижу такое🥲
Развлечений не было абсолютно никаких за всю неделю, люди собирались с надеждой что что-то будет , а они просто включали музыку и все , на этом все мероприятия . а ну да иногда диджей мог стоять . С пляжа всех выгоняют в 18:00 , хочется искупаться когда жара уже спала , а нет ,даже не дают подойти к пляжу выгоняют и все , хоть что ты делай . Мы больше ни ногой сюда .

Our culinary offering includes international buffet selections, live cooking stations, grilled meat and poultry, seafood, fish, fresh salads and vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruits, desserts, and daily themed dinner concepts. Our main restaurant features a different themed dinner concept every evening: seafood on Monday, Asian on Tuesday, Surf & Turf on Wednesday, Arabic on Thursday, International on Friday, Turkish on Saturday, and Italian on Sunday. In addition, Breeze Bar is available during the daytime from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, offering a selection of snacks and refreshments.
While we respect that individual food preferences are subjective, describing the overall offering as consisting only of rice, beans and a limited selection of fruit does not reflect the full range of food available across our dining outlets. Our chefs are also present during meal periods and are available to assist guests with their preferences and dietary requirements. Where possible, meals can be prepared upon request to accommodate individual preferences.
Regarding the salmon mentioned in your review, the availability and presentation of individual buffet items can vary depending on the particular meal period and daily menu. However, we also provide salmon in our Meat Point restaurant during breakfast. Our team is always available to share the available selection and assist guests with specific requests. We certainly encourage guests to communicate directly with our chefs or Guest Relations Team rather than relying on information received from other guests, as this allows us to provide accurate assistance.
With regard to entertainment, we would also like to share that the resort does offer a programme of activities throughout the week, including sports and recreational activities, live music and vocals, family entertainment, evening performances, DJ sessions and dedicated Rixy Kids Club activities. As a family-oriented resort, our entertainment programme is designed to cater to a broad range of guests, and the level of enjoyment naturally varies according to individual preferences.
Regarding the beach, the beach operating hours are until sunset. The resort's pools and other facilities have their own operating schedules, and these timings are established for operational and safety reasons. Guests are welcome to enjoy the beach during its published operating hours, including during the later afternoon when temperatures are more comfortable.
We are also surprised to learn that you felt there were no activities or dining variety available throughout your week, as our programme and culinary offering extend considerably beyond the examples mentioned in your review. Had you approached our Guest Relations Team during your stay, we would have been pleased to explain the daily programme, recommend dining options and assist with any specific preferences.

Отличный отель, еда вкусная и разнообразная, персонал очень приветливый и вежливый, номер у нас был хороший , уборка номера и пополнение мини холодильника ежедневно и качественно. Немного не хватало движухи после 21.00, но возможно это зависит от самих отдыхающих. Отель более ориенрован на семейных отдых с детьми. А вообще класно отдохнули!

По въезде налог 20 дирхам, за день пребывания!
При заселение, вам сразу оденут браслет, но пока на дадут комнату в 15.00, вы не сможете нигде покушать!!!
В день выезда, Браслеты срезают в 12.00 и все карета превращается в тыкву! Конечно, вас опять же не покормят, даже если вы выезжаете в час ночи!
САМОЕ ВАЖНОЕ НЕТ ВИДА МОРЯ, ЭТО СОЛЕНОЕ ОЗЕРО!
Очень внимательно!!! Это не пятерка!
Что понравилось
Мини‑бар. Его пополняют каждый день: 2 банки пива, 3 газировки, плюс бесплатно чай и кофе — это удобно.
Уборка номеров. Делают регулярно и аккуратно, порядок чувствуется.
Пляж. Большой, песок мелкий и почти не нагревается — по нему приятно ходить.
Территория и инфраструктура. Места много, шезлонгов хватает, есть 5 ресторанов (правда, кухня на любителя).
Что разочаровало
Питание. Столовая с очень однообразным меню: к четвёртому дню уже не знаешь, что выбрать. Фрукты — только базовый набор (бананы, яблоки, груши, мандарины), никакой экзотики, и это за две недели отдыха ощущается как явная нехватка.
Музыка. Русской музыки нет вообще — крутят только хаус. Гости несколько раз оставляли замечания на ресепшене, но ситуация не изменилась.
Алкоголь и мини‑бар. Выбор напитков очень скромный, мини‑бар по сравнению с другими отелями заметно меньше.
Зона для купания. Это не море, а небольшое озеро, места для плавания маловато. Вид на воду тоже не радует: портят картину стройка и мосты.
Развлечения и выезд за территорию. Дискотек нет, выйти особо некуда. Если хочется куда‑то съездить — например, в пустыню или в Дубай, — придётся самому искать водителя и арендовать джип, а это около 200 $: выходит дорого и хлопотно.
Есть спорт бар в котором все, кроме напитков платно, кальян платно, игра в бильярд платно!
Итог

Rixos Bab Al Bahr operates as an Ultra All-Inclusive resort, with package inclusions and timings clearly communicated through our website, booking partners, and upon arrival. The Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per room per night is a government-mandated charge applicable to all hotels in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and is not a hotel-imposed fee.
Regarding dining on arrival and departure days, guests may enjoy lunch on the day of arrival when arriving during lunch service hours. Lunch cannot be transferred to the departure day, as the package inclusions are linked to the arrival date. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 PM, which are standard hospitality practices followed by resorts worldwide. Guests wishing to extend access to resort facilities and dining options on departure day may arrange a late departure package, subject to availability and applicable charges.
We would also like to share that Rixos Bab Al Bahr is located on Al Marjan Island within a protected bay. The calm waters and limited waves are a deliberate characteristic of the destination and are one of the reasons many families with children choose the resort. The location, beach, and surrounding landscape are publicly available in photos, videos, and maps long before booking, allowing guests to make an informed choice based on their personal preferences.

At the same time, we would like to clarify that our official check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and room allocation is subject to availability once all arrival formalities have been completed. Regarding dining, lunch is available from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Guests arriving after this period may enjoy dinner as the next scheduled meal included in their package. We understand that arrival times can vary and encourage guests to contact our team in advance should they have any specific requirements.
Regarding the sea, our resort is located within the protected waters of Al Marjan Island, where the calm bay setting provides gentle waters and minimal waves. Many families with children appreciate these conditions, although we understand that some guests may prefer a more open-sea environment.

Отель точно не 5 звезд, скорее всего сеть отелей Rixos от него избавилась и он работает по франшизе. Если вы едете на море вы его не увидите, будете купаться в затухающей луже. Напротив отеля находится полуостров на котором строят самое большое казино в ОАЭ, к нему построили дорогу и фактически перекрыли залив, превратив в закрытый водоем. В столовой именуемой рестораном дикая антисанитария, столы грязные, постоянно прилипал локтем, еда - это хрючево из дешевого турецко-египетского отеля. Есть два бара возле бассейнов, в которых напитки подают в многоразовых пластиковых стаканах, эти стаканы не моют, для вида приносят мойщику с обратной стороны от бара, который под струйкой воды из крана быстрыми движениями перемещает их с грязного подноса на чистый (сами бармены наливают себе напитки в бумажные одноразовые стаканы). Лобби с затертой грязной мебелью, заселение происходит исключительно после 15;00 и никакого раннего заселения. Покупая номер с видом на море, получите с видом на дорогу, мотивируют, что отель не оценивает номера в зависимости от расположения и отправляет выяснять эти вопросы у туроператора. Вокруг идет стройка на балконах грязь от пыли выйти невозможно. Любителей прогуляться предупреждаю рядом нет абсолютно ничего, Гиды предлагают поехать в Дубай за 200 долларов, такси будет гораздо дешевле. Единственный плюс отеля - в номерах еще пока неплохо убирают, пополняют минибар, но думаю это тоже ненадолго. Выбирая отель не ведитесь на громкое название, будете разочарованы.

Regarding our location and the sea, Rixos Bab Al Bahr is a beachfront resort located on Marjan Island. The surrounding area is currently undergoing significant development, and these works are part of the wider development of the destination and are outside the hotel's control. Importantly, the hotel's location, surrounding development and current destination conditions are not undisclosed matters. Relevant information is communicated through our official channels and shared with our travel partners and agencies, allowing guests to be informed of the destination prior to arrival.
The beach and water conditions are naturally influenced by the island's geography, tides and ongoing development. Nevertheless, the resort continues to provide direct access to its designated beachfront area and the facilities offered as part of the guest experience.
We would also like to address the comments regarding cleanliness and hygiene. Our restaurants and bars operate according to established hygiene and sanitation procedures, with regular cleaning carried out by the respective teams. Reusable glassware is washed and sanitised according to the hotel's operational procedures.
Regarding check-in, our standard check-in time is 15:00, as stated in the booking conditions. Early check-in is subject to availability, while guaranteed early arrival can be arranged in advance according to the applicable terms.
With regard to room views, rooms are allocated according to the room category confirmed in the reservation and the available inventory. Should a guest feel that the allocated room does not correspond to the booked category, our Guest Relations and Front Office teams are always available to review the reservation details and assist accordingly. For bookings made through travel agencies or tour operators, the confirmed room category is also subject to the terms of the respective booking.
We acknowledge that development projects are currently visible in parts of the surrounding destination. However, this is part of the wider transformation of Marjan Island and is not a project managed by the hotel.
At the same time, we appreciate your positive comments regarding our housekeeping team and the replenishment of the minibar. Our teams remain committed to maintaining the guest experience and delivering the services included in each booking.
Our Guest Relations team is always available to assist guests, provide guidance and address any concerns throughout their stay. We encourage guests to approach us directly whenever clarification or assistance is required, as many matters can be reviewed and addressed promptly while the guest is still at the resort.
