The worst place I’ve ever stayed. Don’t make the same mistake.
The host was extremely rude. We couldn’t get the address or check-in info until we paid the city tax via PayPal (we didn’t have it and they refused any other option). To enter the building you must call a local number — impossible without an Italian SIM. No help, no understanding. Late at night we stood outside, two women, in the dark, and no one answered calls or messages.
The apartment is nothing like the photos — dirty, full of dust and mold, with a smashed cockroach on the wall, a dirty toilet, impossible to open the balcony, and a terrible smell.
For this price, it’s absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, the name matches a completely different, nicer place on Google — clearly misleading.
Avoid this listing — it’s a scam and a nightmare.
