The staff, especially the incredible manager Tina, was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the booking and organizational process. Their flexibility and professionalism made planning easy and stress-free. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant design and breathtaking views of the city from the windows. Its location is perfect—close to the city center yet tucked away in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful stay. During our stay, every detail was perfectly handled. The conference facilities were excellent, with state-of-the-art equipment that met all our needs. The service during the event was impeccable, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was another highlight. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were absolutely delicious, with a diverse menu catering to all tastes. It’s clear the culinary team takes great pride in delivering quality and variety. A special shout-out to Tina, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and supported at every step. She was always available, approachable, and quick to assist with any requests. Her efforts truly enhanced our experience. Шикарный отель с шикарным видом. На день рождения подарили бутылку шампанского.

Вид с пентхауса потрясающий! Останавливалась в мае, сразу после открытия. Много мелких недоделок в ремонте в самом номере, проблемы с клинингом - то полотенец нет, то воды. Администратор потрясающая и отзывчивая девушка, ей отдельное спасибо 💙
