I do not recommend this property because of the property manager who fraudulently writes off money from the card. I booked the apartment through the Booking platform, paid for my stay with the card, paid the tourist tax on site (they only asked for cash) and the garage fee. I received the keys and instructions. I signed the accommodation facility agreement, which specifies the rental price, the cost of cleaning the apartment, and the deposit amount. By the way, if you have a car, it is very inconvenient to pick up the keys and sign the agreement, since the parking lot is full and is located in the very center of the city. After checking into apartment 27, dirty floors were found, my daughter's slippers and all the adults' were dirty after 10 minutes. There was dust on all surfaces, the windowsills had a thick layer of black dirt, the bed was scratched and the upholstery was falling apart, there was no duvet cover for an extra blanket, which was dirty. This was very disappointing. It was also damp and cold. Having set the temperature to 24 degrees, the floor heated up so much at night that it was impossible to step on it and there was nothing to breathe in the apartment. But the most interesting thing happened after checking out. They arbitrarily wrote off 50 Euros from my card, arguing that I did not throw out household waste from the trash can. In the world practice of renting daily housing or a hotel, cleaning of everything, including garbage removal, is done by cleaning staff, especially since the contract specifies the cost of cleaning at 85 Euros. The contract does not include a price list for removing household waste and there is no price list of fines. Thus, the accommodation facility fraudulently wrote off 50 Euros from my card illegally, violating its contract, which I signed, and the rules of the Booking platform. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this facility due to the actions of the facility's management.
